I chalk it up to the fact that Westeros has essentially been at war for a couple of decades at this point. And we only visit with these characters for very short periods of time. The characters we know are soldiers or politicians. So, when we see them they are usually discussing war or politics, because that is what

(Timon's a meerkat.)

Yes. I loved that gag. I, too, loved when the mariachi band played it.

That's probably ranked 2nd for me.

Nah. Not buying it, Your Grace. But, I also don't think it is gratuitous. I suspect it's an excellent form of intimidation.

I definitely felt a twinge of something for Ramsay in the last episode: Revulsion. Does that count?

What is your real point, Sonia? You think the show has become too gratuitously violent this season? I just don't see that. The violence is in the DNA of the story. You're talking about a war-torn land which is still in political disarray. No matter how many times the Lannisters say, "The war is over" it really isn't.

I wanted to post something cool and different. But, if I'm honest, my favorite is still AD's "Her?"

You can join me in watching on YouTube the next day!

Someone said The Bachelor to that FJ? I'm amused, too.

This is clearly the bot to believe in! The others usually seem to require working 50+ hrs/week.

God help me, I am now googling this.

Yeah. "Several times"? I think you mean "every time".

So, so great.

I'm not a huge fan of on-the-nose moments in tv. But….come on. That was such a creepy scene, when they realize the distress call, in French, has been playing for years…. The ENTIRE audience at that moment is thinking, "Oh fuck. Where the hell are they?!" If I had been with those characters, I absolutely would have
