Seriously! The chronology there is now wacko! I saw the preview with Asha and I find it baffling. She's going to rescue Theon NOW? How can that even be? Where is this going? Aargh!

Which makes pretty much no logistical sense, but oh well. We all know the geography, and I'm not sure the newbies can tell the difference.

Amen

Oh, the reveal about Littlefinger is definitely in the books. I thought it was quite memorable. I sat staring at it in shock, realizing that Littlefinger had been responsible for EVERYTHING.

I'm pretty sure I've complained numerous times about how I hate the portrayal of Littlefinger. I think Gillen was horribly miscast.

Wow. Sorry annoying ad company guy. Point: John Oliver.

For sure. That's why I thoroughly enjoyed that scene between Tywin and Oberyn. It was fun to see Tywin miscalculate. It is then also fun to see Cersei go around trying to emulate Tywin in this episode. Amusingly, she probably did better with Oberyn than Tywin did. Not that it matters.

I loved everything about the scenes at the Eyrie. I like how they visually and verbally described how it was impossible to invade. I love the actors playing Lysa and Robin. I love the insanity. For the first time in the series, I really liked Gillen as Littlefinger. The entirety of both Eyrie scenes was hideously

It seemed really weird. I'm just going to go with everyone else and assume she was trying to suck up to all the judges. But… I'm not sure why she'd try so hard over Mace.

Me too! I think that scene with Jojen and Bran was my favorite one yet in their entire story.

Yeah, true. But,…. basically I am just bored with the character. The scenes are flat, and the actress isn't doing anything to make it better.

Oh… I really don't want to read about that. Please, GRRM. Can't Sansa just kill the dude?

The freaking promos made it seem like that. I could only roll my eyes.

Maybe that's why they'll have her boot him out?

I believe it's Ser Friend Zone, no?

I feel like Tywin did the same thing in the scene with Oberyn a couple episodes ago. "Hey, please don't kill me! Be a judge at the trial! You want The Mountain? No problem, he's yours! Have a seat on the Small Council! We can join up and beat back the inevitable dragon invasion together! We're cool, right?" Oberyn's

Can't do too much there, it seems, since they didn't cast either Euron or Victarion yet. But, I'm excited to see Asha again. Wait..I meant Yara. Sorry.

Me too! Really excited to see Braavos, actually.

I swear, if in Book 6 he thumps the Bolton force, retakes the North for the Starks and burns Ramsay Snow alive I will start supporting him for King.

In my notes for this scene I have: "Cersei trying to play Tywin. Iron Bank! Iron Bank! Iron Bank! Cersei's still marrying Loras?"
