Yeah, Emilia Clarke was not doing anything for me in this episode. I've been talking to some newbies recently about how I'm not a big fan of the Dany storyline. And I mentioned that Dany is a much more compelling character on the page, even when the story is boring. And since then I can't stop thinking about how Dany

Thank all the Gods in Westeros we were spared that.

Oh, I need this right now. Please, anyone?

Yeah, I loved the look on his face. "Okay, you are going through that Moon Door, ASAP."

Yeah! That would have been pretty cool. The newbies might have actually forgotten about him.

I don't know what is going on with the recent string of extremely easy FJ answers.

That's an interesting idea about pronunciation. I wonder if that was a factor? Or if they, like I did, wondered if Goebbels was just too obvious an answer?

Yeah. I didn't even know that was called a "Snail" dispenser. But a product tied to a plaid design is easily Scotch tape.

It was bizarre, and it made me cranky. Come on, Jeopardy! No one cares about this movie.

Thanks for making me feel like a huge nerd, Newswire. I looked at this, and my honest first thought was, "But Smaug wasn't even the biggest dragon in Middle Earth history. What about Ancalagon?" And it's a Saturday night.

You have forgotten the easily overlooked, er, California.

I was kind of surprised to get FJ correct. I don't do Scrabble or crosswords or anything like that. "Z" I came up with immediately. After only a couple seconds I plucked "J" nearly out of thin air. I tried at that point to run through the list of states to test myself, but time ran out. I was very pleased.

The tone of this Newswire is amusing juxtaposed with the photo being of Firth in "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy". I'm hoping that was the point.

Congratulations!

Yes! Which I only discovered when complaining about this plot to some Trek watching friends of mine who are about a decade older than I am. They seemed surprised. "Of course it's about abortion!" They hadn't ever considered the episode in terms of cloning.

*Stares at Tinkererer's post for several seconds*……. Also going with "What?!"

Wow, this one is one of the best ones yet. Can't wait to see what you've got for the finale.

In this particular case I just find it more irritating due to the spectacular failure of JJ Abrams last move, Star Trek Into Darkness, regarding the Bechdel Test. And the general failure of most big budget action movies. Star Trek Into Darkness actually came across as genuinely sexist, which was very worrisome. You'd

Wow. I stared at that FJ screen in amazement that it would be so easy. I mean, yeah, perhaps not quite as easy as the "Amazon" one a while back, but still. It's hard to imagine how oblivious one would have to be to rock music to not even be able to guess that.

I'm definitely interested. I've been curious about this show for a while now. If it's on Hulu, I'll give it a try.
