you have to give it a chance and get into the characters to understand it.

all in all this is a show best savored watching alone.this isn't about the good vs the bad .its about two alpha dogs showing who has the biggest ego.you have to savor it and realize that the govt will go after whomever it wants while even breaking its own laws while chasing after so called bad guys who in this case…
