Hahahahahahahahaha, unmatched customer service, product logevity and lifetimes my ass. They are exactly the same as ANY other consumer electronics company anymore. Cheapest internal components possible, making things hard enough to repair so people just replace them after warranty, and customer service that exists…

I think for northern states and Canada one if the reasons, and the main reason I don’t ride, is because you can only ride for six or less months of the year due to weather. Here in the province of Ontario I’d also have to pay for the whole year in insurance even though I’d be lucky to get 4 months of good weather .
