It probably has an automatic transmission, so nobody wants it.

I think the better way to say it is, it is “out”, as in one or two have got into the hands of the owners. I don’t think any are sitting at dealers, unless it’s like a major Corvette specialist dealer.  Mind you, I am getting my info just from Google like a regular joe :D

The article is misleading. Only the 2019 ZR1 is out. Everything else is 2018.

There are a fuck ton of people out there that just want a stupid quick toy or DD that is reliable. This solves that. Plunk down $80k, drive it home, drive it to dinner, drive it across country. Try obtaining hte same results by building a car and either you’ll spend your life in the garage and/or spend more than $80k

That was the joke

Relevant information. Of note, it’s questionable if it runs and drives.

Wheres a track suit or fashion jeans, talks loudly, and only gets coffee at Starbucks.

I know the person in the X4/X6 doesn’t think about me, nor anyone else but themselves for that matter :)

Ha! Obviously it’s a good business idea as they sell. Still doesn’t make them completely pointless or make you wonder about those that buy them.

While I comment on nearly any car I see, my wife routinely points this one out every time we see one. “I still don’t get why anyone would buy that”. And almost every time, the person fits some sort of stereotype... that typically wants to be seen / acknowledged / low self esteem and probably and we believe is also

Personally, I think Mercedes is the worst currently. This rounded look on the C class and E Class look atrociously bad, even going as far as embarrassing to be seen in. In my opinion, the late 2000s / early 2010s C class is one of the best sedan designs of the last 20 years and the new one is one of the worst.

HA! As a teenager, I thought they were cool. As an adult, I don’t. Even back then though, I probably only ran them for a few months. At night they sucked and I got tried of pulling them off and on the truck.

Oh, I know ALL about the parking lights. In the mid-nineties I sported tinted headlight covers on my brown F150. I would drive around often with just the parking lights on as it just looked so much cooler! :D The brown F150 belonged to my grandpa, who passed away, so it had great sentimental value in addition to

Actually we are there, in some regards. As a real industry example, Ford is opting to not invest in any lithium ion battery plants. They are leaving that to their vendors, to build the infrastructure to produce them. The reason is two fold. 1. It’s stupidly expensive to do this at high volume/high efficiency/high

OUCH! I did this in my Bullitt about 6yrs ago. Just some “deep” scratches in the plastic. Haven’t done anything about it. I wear it with pride.

From O’Reilly’s about 15yrs ago. I needed a new alternator or battery.... don’t remember now but the employee proceeds to tell me the following... “Most people don’t know this but the alternator can’t recharge a battery, if it did it would cause the wires to overheat and catch on fire”. He was dead serious.

Makes sense to me! Per my point though, I would like to have the posi dif (LSD), and according to their online site, it’s only available (is standard) on the GT2. Not even optional on GT1... but their guide oddly says it’s available on GT, which I think is incorrect. I am curious how much the part is to have installed

Make sense. Smart woman! Rubicon does hold a nice premium, especially if she takes care of it. It’s also nice to have the stronger axles and lockers.
