Pictured here, is a FULLSIZE interior from the F150 Ranger.. when Ranger was a package on the F150.

2001! But I am biased :D

I am also wondering how much of this is related to (if) any contentions with NHRA and/or insurance. By contentions I mean this would likely be cost related, insurance to high, NHRA requiring more than is possible for the track. For example I know the shutdown area has always been a concern and there is no ability to

Sadly it’s much more of a pain now that Youtube removed it’s (basic) video editor. Really annoying.

In reference to a 40in TV, as 10ft was my distance as well... have you tried to get get a good TV under 50in? It was basically impossible for me to find one. I tried an LG for $400 but the picture was making me furious everytime I watched it. Only option was a Samsung at $800 and I am not a fan of their remotes or

Bent a wheel on my wife’s car a couple winters ago.... so....

I look forward to pricing and other info. Also I am guessing the body is steal on this one, since Aluminum isn’t touted. Wonder how close the weight then comes to F150.

Since the Edge is Fusion based, I really hope they bring these parts back over to the Fusion. Seems like a no brainier to me, though since Ford is evidently giving up on sedans, likely won’t happen. There is a very significant chance we would scoop one up if this happened.

May be hard to prove data, but for example we looked at 3 Series and C class before getting a Fusion. Came down to three things for us.. we could get all options, a more reliable vehicle, and cost that came in much lower. Granted we traded off better handling, a couple lux features, and nicer interiors. Today we might

Welp, I got schooled on the 1007A, messing up my argument #3 :D

Interesting. I don’t think I have ever seen those!

It certainly is possible... but... 1. I don’t recall ever seeing this wheel on a Fusion. 2. It’s listed as a performance wheel, only the post-facelift model has a Sport/performance model. 3. Fordparts has narrowed to a list of 2018 specific wheels, along with the 1007B, so I would expect to see more wheels from

Found this on Fordparts.com. The 1007B wheel doesn’t appear to be an option on any current Fusion model. It’s listed as a performance option.

Agreed. Though I think the tuning on the Sport leaves a LOT to be desired. Looking at some of the performance data and videos out there, seems to indicate Ford is pulling a lot of power out of the car and not giving 100% all the time. Car should be quicker than it is really.
As a 1st gen Sport owner, non-turbo, I

As you look from the “narrow” front and to the side...

Nothing really... just did a search for 2019 to see if anything interesting popped up. As you can see, nothing did.

Nothing to interesting here for “2019" :D

I am not sure what will happen with the 2018 but for 01, corporate made them add blue and black as they said no one would buy a green car. The whole story of how that car came to be is pretty interesting, it was a true grassroots effort and no one thought they would be successful... so those directors would just sign

Looks in garage. Not original owner but have owned for just over 13yrs. Have no real plans to sell as it’s fun, cheap, and not worth anything so low risk driving 10/10ths at track days :)
