When we bought it, I was on the fence about it. I thought it would age more quickly than it has. I think because the rest of the car is so conservative, like most Germans have traditionally been, that it still looks pretty good even after the last one left the assembly line 4yrs ago.

Hmm.. Our current Sport is 5yrs old now..

So much congrats! So much jealousy. Not because you have one of my favorite cars ever, but because you have the balls to tread into maintenance territory that I will never have ;(

It’s good to see that Lincoln isn’t changing. Taking a concept that looks truly world glass, then dumbing it down to Ford levels of headlights and lower front bumper. WTG Lincoln! /sarcasm

Not sure if trolling or......

I would like to think I avoid it... but I bought a 01 Taurus that I believe was a rental car. No problems. Also my mom had a 96 Mustang, again rental car (in Hawaii actually, ended up in Missouri/OK), was wrecked, we rebuilt, and was reliable until she sold it for a GT Mustang.

MM kit will likely be how I go. I will probably just do a panhard bar since it fits a bit easier in place (of course with torque arm). At one point this year I expected my wife to be on assignment in San Fran for a year. I had planned to drive or ship the car out and visit MM for some direct consulting, parts, and

I have seen some nice vids on Griggs suspensions. They seem to know what they are doing along with MM and Cortex.

Related. Picture from work a couple years back. Lady made it in the parking lot somehow, but the parking spot.... not so much.

These have aged so well. Better than the Yota’s IMHO.

This is doing it right... though arguably a coupe is better since these cars have just a lack of chassis strength.

I think the lines on these has aged quite well. A clean Cobra or GT both look pretty good. I think they look and have aged better than the 99-04, except for special editions such as Cobra, Bullitt, or Mach.

N/M. My entry wasn’t middle of no-where :)

Pretty does not always mean beautiful I suppose

The engine from this old Mercedes race car. Because copper intake

It really makes you wonder who are the idiots buying these?

Yeah, I am floored by how much trucks are going for used, even with 50k miles and say 4yrs old! Often just a few grand more to get new!

Ahh, makes since. I worked at one for a while... Our boss frequently took off just 30minutes into a weekend shift so he could go do 8 balls. It worked out well as I just pulled a double shift, first as a BJ dealer, then as pitboss... collecting tips for a 16hr shift :)
