This is a HUGE fucking let down. Without much doubt, I would be first in line at Chevy to pick one of these up. I am "sorta" in teh market for a truck, I missing having one, and what I really want is a baby Raptor. The concept was VERY close.

Well they kinda did that... while it was in a town, the only people out it appears were people there to watch the races. If people are racing, there will be spectators as well :)

If there are going to do it, they are going to do it. At least everyone can be aware to stay away from a particular area rather than the racers closing down highways or moving around all over the place. That would be WAY more dangerous.

HOLY COW! What a difference!

I had the SAME thing happen with a 2014 VW Bug last year. It had only about 5oo miles on it, I drove it from downtown SF to just past the Golden Gate when I saw a smoke screen behind me. Come to find out the transmission fluid was spewing everywhere.
