The Mandarin twist really is one of the few good things about IM3. Ugh that 3rd act.
Can we be honest about this series? It’s been 40 years now. 1 is good; 3 is marginally watchable. That’s about it.

The fact that more people seem to care about the host of Jeopardy than anything else going on in our world continues to baffle. Even more astonishing is how many people want this easy money job to go to all these people that have raked in opportunities their whole career.

I think everyone has to go a little “bigger” when doing animation; thereby making the voices sound a tad different.
As being old enough to have seen the original Blade Runner in the theater, I can say the film was loved by a small audience but did not do well with the general public. That came later on VHS and TV.

I think Olivia is very lonely and longing for human connection the same way her brother is. She’s broken but is able to find a glimmer of it with the hug to Paula. Once you strip it away she perhaps is capable of some empathy and a little bit of hope.
My fav Reed left field casting lately is Taika Watiti. He’s got the energy and the grey temples. Would love to see him in a slightly more serious role.
