30 to 40 fps is nothing. The movie was probably shot in 24 fps more or less, even more like playing in the movie.

Nothing wrong with the pip boy interface, as long as the text is big enough and readable unlike most games.

I thought they already emulated ps2 games in the sense that they sell them on there right now, from what I remember at least. They shouldn’t say emulation if they’re not doing exactly what xbox one is doing.
