To be honest, I strongly believe that offering the A-10's to Canada on extended ‘loan’ or selling outright for pennies on the dollar (given how much of a hard on the USAF has for getting rid of them) is a great option for keeping the craft ‘close’ at hand with a friendly neighbour.
