Bell peppers and jalapeños are cultivars of the same species of chili pepper. A chili pepper is the berry of any member of the genus Capsicum.
Jalapenos are a type of chili pepper, as are all peppers.

Unless you’re referring to the actual fibers used in making CFRP, “carbon fiber” is widely understood to mean CFRP. Fiberglass is also known as GRP or GFRP
