ND. But I’ll play devil’s advocate here just for fun.
22 grand to look like the hottest shit teen in your small rural town
ND. I’ll give ya $9,000 and a 20 piece McNugget with three missing.
You have a 62 Impala convertible with a lot of investments in hydraulics and customization, and you leave it on the street overnight, and it gets stolen, shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit partner, that’s all in the game.
Having been a cashier before in high school, it’s a simple job and it’s just dumb fucking people left to do the job. Anyone that’s there, and not either teenager that can’t get any other job/in between jobs/retired working for health insurance are in my experience, the literal bottom of barrel or immigrants that can’t…
On the one hand, it’s nice to see a demonstration of just how wrong people are about “unskilled labor” being so simple, since it’s clear that most of them have an unreasonable amount of trouble figuring out how to scan groceries. On the other hand, as a person with functioning cognitive and motor skills, I love being…
its the stores themselves that made it a problem. i dont think people have a problem with self checkout. its more convenient and faster. its being forced to use one with no alternative because they wanted to save money. im not trying to make this a weird generational thing, but a lot of older people dont want to…
Dear God, no. It’s already bad enough that I sometimes have to go to Walmart (small town, so some stuff isn’t anywhere else and sometimes it’s late), but being able to check myself out and not waste time in line is the only saving grace. Being able to look up stuff on the app and get a pretty precise pin for it’s…
Agreed. If you’re not upbadging, why is it cringe to give the car the name it had in its domestic market? If anything, the Acura -> honda example is DOWN badging. Its not meant to impress you, that’s literally the point.
The rest of the list though, yea all that needs to stop.
Also, a Holden-ified GTO, G8 (especially the GXP), or Chevy SS will ALWAYS be cooler than the US badged version.
I’m a Get Off My Lawn guy, but I saw a Chevrolet SS with replacement Holden badges and I got a car-person giggle from it. Only car people know what they’re looking at so it’s nothing like a brag.
I agree with some of the foreign badges, especially the KDM “Klexus” badges. I have a Stinger that came with the KDM badges on it. People already ask “what kind of car is that”, and the KDM badges just add to the intrigue. Now if you’re putting the KDM badges on your Soul or Forte I’m just going to make fun of you.
The grille of a Jeep is the biggest automotive icon on the planet. Anyone that messes with it needs to be hung by their dick!
omg...YES on the generic ‘hot rods’!
Just wait for the SRT-E version in plum crazy.
They really did a terrific job with it, and kept it subdued enough to where this design will no doubt go a couple decades without ever looking dated. That’s no small feat with a modern car.
And don’t forget the third superhero who utilizes a 2nd gen Charger: Ghost Rider.
I think it looks great!
Sure, I’ll say it again: I am completely gobsmacked at how well the Charger EV echoes the 2nd gen Charger, the all-time styling classic. Other than the headlights, it’s a doppelganger to what I saw in Las Vegas last March:
