I could have sworn I saw one the other day on Ventura Blvd. It was a white 991 with a very well executed and integrated wing and centerlock wheels. Granted, I didn't see it from the front (3/4 view as it drove away), and there were no emblems on the deck. Any pics of the rear yet?

This may seem like an odd request, but I'd like to see more real world tracks that aren't that famous. You know... "Track Day" tracks. The tracks that, those of us that actually do track days, actually drive on. Just in the SoCal area there are so many! Three tracks at least out at Willow Springs (big track,

Perfectly stated.

WOOHOO!!! I made COTD! You spelled my last name wrong, but I'll take it.

So Peter North is a no-go?

Maximilian?

So lets establish the arc of public interest for this endeavor. Initial launch, first couple weeks... enthusiastic interest. Waning from then on until the fly-by when it peaks again... then lost interest until the return.

Not that I'm all THAT old, I just have a pretty decent memory...  but I remember watching this when it originally aired.  Thank you for finding it!

When Kimi does at some point retire, please please PLEASE someone give him a TV show.  Something like "Louie" where we just see him react (or not react) to life situations.  Everything he does has this air of "whatever happens, it will be hilarious".

Holy shit, that's the funniest thing I've seen in a long time.  Is there an actual video of this somewhere?

While I applaude the attempt and the use of limited resources, any yahoo with an automatic weapon (or a stable hand and a decent rifle) could take out the tires from just about any angle.  Sitting ducks at that point.

The time appropriate throttle linkage seems somewhat out of place in this setting.

If this ends with Leo DiCaprio waking up on a jet, I'm going to be soooooo let down.

Piuma Road turning onto Schueren Road.

Man without a fuck to give.

This was the first car that came to mind for me.

In response to questions about this, it's a trim piece below the door.  The resolution of this photo makes it look odd.  Look on the Tesla website where there is a higher res version of this photo.  It looks more fitting there, although the color of the car doesn't help either.

No reply to undercharging?   That seemed to be a big issue.
