As a full-time buyer’s agent, I would say taking time to educate yourself on the process is time well-spent. I see a lot of clients taking advice from friends and relatives who haven’t done a transaction in years. What was true then might not be true today.
“Now let’s take a look at that from the body cam!”
They contend that arm flexion—when you bend your elbow, say, to carry or hold the basket—makes you more likely to “reward” yourself from the effort and strain of hauling something around.
The only people this discourages are people who don’t know how tax brackets work.
I agree, it isn’t opinion. But, it doesn’t matter where you put the money, you spend it all, or even if you lose money in the stock market. The calculation to use is the money’s future value, which is based on inflation. Unless we’re in a deflationary period, that money is always worth less next April than it is now.
#5 isn’t opinion at all.
5 would be fact. It’s objectively costing you money. If used as a savings vehicle due to your lack of self control, you are simply paying for that ‘privilege’. If it was only $25 lost in a year, a big if, it doesn't make it less true.
My first sample was as expected, then my second sample showed a few “non-motive” sperm, which freaked my wife out and forced me to use condoms for a month like a goddamn caveman. The third sample was clear again. It wasn’t all bad though, I mean...having to get results a third time gave me another opportunity to jack…

What percentage of mails to tips@deadspin.com are dick pics?
“...perfect of January 31st.” ... ?
Chip’s inheriting this week’s loss to the Giants, eh? Tough, but fair.
But a 6-10 record in a historically weak division robbed Kelly of any leeway
I use Trip Cubby. I used to use Mileage Pro. Both of them are apps in the iTunes store. They are very easy to fill out and I have had the IRS look at them (don’t ask!). The main thing is to keep an accurate log of the mileage you use for work related activities if you are self-employed. I have several 1099 contractors…
How is this a f-ing thing? That blood could save lives but they can’t give it because the blood might have gay cooties? This is ridiculous.
Commuting to a regular place of employment does not qualify for mileage deduction. Responding while at work to work-related tasks does, as an unreimbursed business expense.
