I would end up buying some coal ash bricks or some shit. No thanks.

Is it a sign of the times that people feel like buying a house is an impulse decision? As an accountant, I over-evaluate all big money decisions. So when my wife wanted to buy our house, I analyzed and analyzed and then some more. Then came the patience part as we weren’t 100% ready.

But wasn’t grilling part of the article referencing carcinogenic red meat and processed foods? something to do with the char marks.

This. And it’s not even NFL. I could probably get that over the air if I wanted to. However, hockey. I need to be able to watch hockey! How do I get that?

Thank you for this. I still can’t find an app that will play a video on wake up. Are those out there? I feel like watching a video of some child plowing through physical therapy, or some wounded warriors not accepting their circumstances will make me feel like complete dog crap for wanting to hit snooze and make me

I think the issue should be with your inspector (and if your realtor recommended them, then yes, your realtor). The reason the FHA inspections are more stringent are on things like lead based paint, etc. You likely won’t get an FHA loan for a house that was built in the 70’s or earlier that hasn’t been completely

Mine was set for 6:03am this morning (snooze 3 times takes me to 6:30) - this begins getting brighter 30 minutes before alarm, so for me, 5:33am. My wife is USUALLY up before me, but this morning she took the dogs out at approx 5:50, saw the light coming on, went to lay back down, and turned off my light. I do think

I kind of agree. My alarm is set for 6:03am. Hit snooze 3 times and get up at 6:30 every day. I often wonder - isn’t it more worthwhile for my sleep to just set the alarm at 6:30 and get up? Did I accomplish anything in those 3 9-minute sleep intervals? That couldn’t have been good sleep? I try to approach it with

CPA here as well. Got out of public for this very reason. It got to the point where I’d be at home, watching a movie with the fam, and thinking about how I really should have my laptop open so that I can catch up on emails from clients and/or get ahead on reviewing a job to get it off to a partner. Now I work in

That’s creepy. Thanks for the update!

Follow up on the Ouija board? Leaving me hanging!!!

Took me a while to figure out I had to whack the thing to ‘snooze’

It’s crazy when you consider > $75,000 as high income. Considering the cost of tuition, if you paid full price for college, you’d become “low-income” pretty quickly!

could be it. It was 22 years ago after all. I’m an accountant now :)

If I remember from 22 years ago in my 10th grade chemistry class, pretty sure cold water boils more quickly than hot water anyway.

Serious question - Does this pose a risk to the Jets? (not my team, so not why I’m asking). While they have separate locker rooms, I imagine there are different areas that overlap that would be exposed?

I’d like to see what kind of speeds you’re doing to get to Pittsburgh in 30-40 minutes. And a 1/2 hour to WV. Takes at least 2.5 hrs. It’s not western PA
