What the fuck was that shit? This episode could not decide what high horse it was on. It was sloppy writing, stupidly paced, and light on good jokes. A few gags prevented it from being completely unwatchable, but I think this was easily in the series' bottom five episodes.

Ozzy worked with Buckethead once, but they're professional relationship dissolved because Ozzy kept telling him to take the bucket off his head.

Yeah, season five kinda ran them into the ground for me. The GI Joe episode is by and far one of my least favorite episodes of the series.
