Voted at the start of last month by mail, ballot arrived and was handed back to the mail carrier the next day (first one on his route to return it apparently) and was counted that night. That is terrible they make it so tough to vote in red states. Sadly, unless the state flips I would imagine it will not change since

Voted early at our village hall about 10 days ago. Waited about 45 minutes - it was fast and easy. I was expecting a longer wait.

I also volunteered to be an Election Judge. At first I didn’t get an assignment, but I just got one yesterday. I’ll be at another suburban polling place. I did the online training - which

I voted absentee via email!  I am out of the country. They make the process so very easy and I even got a nice message from my town clerk letting me know that my ballot was received and it all looked ok.

My state mails a ballot to every registered voter. I completed mine and dropped it at the county government center a week ago. There were three front-and-back pages of drop off locations for the greater metropolitan area alone that coincide with early voting locations. And they’ve been counting ballots as they arrive

I’ve done the mail in ballot for a few years.  I dropped it off yesterday at the library, there was a line up of people voting early and an easy drive up for dropping off ballots.

Yup. We voted last week. Ours is vote by mail so we sit down with the pamphlets the state sends out and discuss each measure and candidate. Well, mostly--voting for Biden was the easiest thing I’ve ever done and took the opportunity to hock a big ol’ wad of spit on Dump’s leering visage before dumping his ass in the

I voted absentee already. When I went to the precinct to vote every previous year, I always took one of my cats with me.

Good luck you guys! The world is watching and I know my fingers and toes are crossed for a real, decisive, happy Biden victory.

So hey! I’m watching Penn State/Ohio State football and drinking malbec. The Bartender and I are packed, locked, and loaded for our move to Panama on Tuesday. We have seven huge suitcases, three cats in carriers, two backpacks and a great feeling of excitement and anticipation. We have rapid Covid antigen tests in

Happy Halloween! Totally unrelated to Halloween, I have a huge life decision I’m facing in the next week. I’ve been offered a job in New Zealand! It’s a fixed two year position, and the border is still closed, but it falls under an essential work exception that would get me a visa much sooner than if waiting for

I get a ton of weird adverts on my facebook page for non-alc “Gin” and “tequila”. I haven’t tried them yet, but I love the idea of a non-alc cocktail. I love cocktails, but my body doesn’t.

I dropped my ballot off at City Hall a few weeks ago and there was a quick moving, socially distanced line of mask wearers, which was encouraging.  Three days after I dropped it off I was notified it was accepted.   I'm in Arizona, so every Biden (and Mark Kelly for Senate) vote might make a difference.   This is the

Yay! Voting!

I voted on Thursday. There was no line, I was in and out in like 10 minutes. Dropped off clothes for donation and went to the bank after too. It was my most productive lunch break ever. I thought I was totally prepared but I was surprised by voting for the regional school board. I always feel kind of weird voting for

I voted by absentee ballot and dropped it off at Town Hall two weeks ago! Straight democratic ticket for me, but I'm from one of the bluest states. They were predicting 78% for Biden, which seems low.

I gave up weed in January, and the mounting anxiety has me dipping into edibles again. Really hoping Biden wins so I can just stay off the weed completely....

Just saw my gyno a couple weeks ago for this. She looked me in the eye and told me to masturbate at least once a week. Try that!

It’s taken a great deal of self control to only take home two.

Shelter Catstravaganza!

First week in the new house done. I am finally almost done painting, although the bathrooms will have to wait. I had to partition it all out and make a schedule just to get it done before my stuff comes out of storage on Monday. Just one coat left on the kitchen/dining room and the colors look really excellent. I
