I'm not an SNL viewer, but I felt the same way about the new Ghostbusters; one of the few things this year that doesn't have a mean-spirited bone in its body, and is full of charming characters getting along with each other. What the hell is going on when that's enough to start hate campaigns?

Twitter isn't the government, and this case involved libel and organised harassment, two things which do not have the protection of free speech IRL.

I kind of want a Fluttershy prison movie now.

That wasn't a Stewart Lee impersonator, that was just a crumpled Morrissey!

I think it would cut down on it, but I also think the reverse is true; this is happening not because they see themselves as anonymous but because they see their victims as anonymous, just pixels on a screen without feelings. Throughout history dehumanisation of the enemy has always caused people to act like this, and

I'll be dead in the cold, cold ground before I acknowledge PewDiePie!

You may be thinking of James Murdoch. Rupert Murdoch is pro-fracking and thinks Rick Santorum was a really great presidential candidate.

…none of that actually happened? Alden Ehrenreich found out Tatum was a spy because he saw him with the case of ransom money.

There are minor differences between the average gross of a Uwe Boll film and a Paul Feig film, but okay.

So that's what Gadaffi's personal bodyguard corps were about!

Disagree - I think if the rest of the film had worked, we'd be talking about that scene as a classic upping-the-stakes shock moment for all the reasons Schiff outlines in the interview. It only looks like a mistake because the film spends the rest of its run-time slowly deflating.

But rather than showing penetration, they just put an umlaut over it instead.

Only in the ads, though. In the context of the film, when she says she "knows New York" she's not talking about being streetwise, she's talking about having a genuinely impressive self-taught knowledge of NY history that helps the other three characters out on more than one occasion.

I don't, but largely because I've seen some of their previous work.

I think a lot of it is about how posed and heavily retouched the press photos are (I know, the more things change, eh?). Evelyn Brent in The Last Command is amazingly sexy, but in photos she looks the same as every other actress back then.

Why not, why not.

77,000 out of three million. I don't think much of your maths skills.

"Millennial liberals are so oversensitive - and they keep unfriending me, which is so hurtful!"

Wow, I heard Captain America had defected to Hydra recently, but I didn't realise it had got this bad!
