It’s the trombone of cars.

Wait, like the pizza place at the mall?
On a dark New Brunswick Highway, cool wind in my hair.
Warm smell of poutine, rising up through the air.
Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night.
It’s clear that they want Phasma to be a character. And obviously, they also want this tete a tete dynamic between Finn and phasma (mostly so it will appear that Finn is a full character with his own story and own enemies)....but the leg work is not in the films.
Either they should have kept the scene in entirely or cut it entirely. The ship has just blown up and both Phasma and Finn stick around to dual it out due to some work place grudge that isn’t motivated by any broader character growth. Phasma dislikes Finn because he is a traitor and Finn dislikes Phasma because he has…
See but even in its illogicalness that’d still be more interesting. I mean so far all we’ve gotten is a character who is less interesting, and has had less impact, than the stormtrooper who shouted ‘Traitor!’. So a turn towards ‘Completely undeniably incompetent and oblivious’ would be a welcome change of pace.
I noticed you failed to mention how in the same test, the Honda powered Toro-Rosso did more than double the mileage of the McLaren while also posting a faster time on the same tires.
While anything is an improvement from those Honda F1 engines McLaren got rid of for Renault this year, it sounds like the team still isn’t having much luck so far. McLaren’s cars have broken down four times so far this week during testing in Barcelona, according to Sky Sports.
Or they looked at how much the Big Dig in Boston cost and decided to be more generous in their estimate.
$30 billion?????!!!!#$%#$@
I still think of GT2 every time I hear “Paranoid” by Garbage.
I still very much doubt that will happen in the next 15 years. I’m convinced the tech is going to stagnate on level 4 so that companies don’t have to take the blame for when things go wrong.
Lots of recreational drug use up in the Bay Area...
As seems typical these days, interesting how infrastructure needs like this are just presented as a given that the federal government should be paying for most, if not all of the cost.
You would think that the state taxes from all that money pouring through the north east would be enough to start the project. If it truly does affect that many people, then the states should be making it their top priority.
