Great compilation! I’d add ArkMS app for Mac, which allows to stream all kinds of media from your Mac to different devices (TV, Xbox, iphone, etc). I have been using it and it works great, without any bugs, plus very user friendly. The biggest feature is that I don’t need to use all these expensive adapters and cables.

I’d recommend using ArkMC to stream or playback from your phone to smart TV and not only. No conversion is needed. Personally, I’m totally satisfied with this app, cuz it’s very easy to use and works with no hitches, plus I don’t have to use any cables or adapters which is very convenient.

Thanks for a great article! I’d add ArkMC for iOS/Android or Mac. I use this app for streaming my pics, videos, music to different compatible devices that use dlna. It’s also very comfortable because it’s wireless and you don’t have to use any adapters or cables.

Why MCPlayer is not mentioned here? It’s a good DLNA/UPnP player with Dolby official license.
