And very useful to point out that the mere “anti-civil forfeiture” = “pro-crime” connection that voters might make is an indication of just how absurdly stupid so many voters are. Hard to advance as a country when a large chunk of voters are just too stupid, irrational, and prone to dumbfuckery when making voting

So what did the police say when you called them?

I’ve been around this planet a time or two. Trust me, America is not alone in the stupidity.

So much for the stereotype of EV owners being laid-back and friendly lol.

Disagree. The point of the credits is to retool the industry as well as sell cars. You need both. Hyundai, Honda, and other EV makers are scrambling to build plants in the US for battery production. Mines in the US are being opened. Even domestics like Ford and GM are having to reconsider and move their EV and battery

Taxpayer money is used for individual benefit all the time, for a wide variety of reasons, and tax incentives are used all the time to encourage movement in directions the government would like to encourage, and have been for a very long time. Nothing new or unique about the EV credit.

Add kids or any other dependent to that list.

Yeah and we shouldn’t subsidize oil, corn, eggs, etc. etc.

Now that is a hot take. The Taken King pretty much saved D1.

Just recast Kang. We’ve already seen that he can take many forms as seen in the Council of Kangs scene.

Elite still thrashes it. Both kick the shit out of Chris Roberts’ failed mess.

Meh:

Don’t really need to dig.  SC barely loads properly yet.  It digs itself.

Is this a carefully worded dig at Star Citizen?  Because I’m here fore it.

the Grue in Zork

I didn’t care he took off his helmet (he does in the books quite a bit), I hated both additions of Makee and Kwan-Ha (and by extension Soren)‘s stories that took me away from what I wanted to see: Badass Spartans Kicking Ass!

Would make sense if this didn’t happen 4 years ago.

Yes.

Sigh. Can we stop pretending that corporations are our friends? Consolidation at the level we see from these huge companies is bad.

Nah I can whine, especially after they told me they’d cover the cost outright.
