Not to be the “well technically” girl, but well technically, they would have had to have been there at LEAST 5 hours for 7 margaritas to NOT have put the driver over the legal limit. Unfortunately I had the (unwilling) experience of learning such information in a court mandated alcohol risk reduction class. ;)
