@izikavazo: Amen, brother. I loathe sync and the software required. I want my phone to be a removable drive whenever I connect it to my PC. Nothing else. And I never really want to do that either, I prefer wireless transfers whenever possible. USB and cables are so 2007.

@ndonahue: Compared to this, a MacBook is overdesigned and brash.

I'm pretty sure I read here on Gizmodo about the European 4G, I think it was in Stockholm, that was several times faster than the fastest (MSNBC) test in this graph. I don't get why we have to lag behind the Euros all the time.

FriendFace is doomed. I wonder if that means they will pull the plug on The IT Crowd.

A couple of fair points, no doubt, but it's horribly biased. History repeats itself - this exact thing happened on both Giz and Engadget when the iPhone competitors started making an impact.

If it's wrong it's wrong and then it should be rectified. Nothing more to it.

As grainy and poor quality that photo is, CSI Miami would still be able to enhance! it and see the reflection of a murder taking place a block down the road in the man's eye.

SE is apparently the most active non Google contributor to AOSP, so they seem to be pretty dedicated to Android. They just need to get their shit together and catch up on the updates and stop bloating their software in an attempt to be unique and stand out from the crowd.

Nokia, just move on to Meego and drop this stale turd you call Symbian. It clearly is not working as it should.

@LegacyCrono: Lots of people claim canned beer tastes different, but not once has anyone been able to prove this in a blind test. It would seem it's nothing but placebo.

@Jakm777: The tiny screen makes it a netbook. There. Simple as that. That is what makes a netbook a netbook. Not the performance.

I'd gladly drop a few doubloons for an ad free version of this. The ads, unobtrusive as they may be, are annoying and furthermore they make the FPS drop slightly - not good when it's just barely playable as it is (MSM7227 just isn't powerful enough for all levels).

I have nothing to say about the app, but your voice is gorgeous.

@SkipErnst: Seriously. It's not 1996 anymore.

I wonder if the NAND restore feature is T-Mobile's doing. Well, it's bound to be HTC:s doing - but is it at T-Mobile's request? And will the Desire Z have that crappy feature as well?

@schunniky: I love it as well. Granded, it does not really smell that great, but I associate such nice things (gadgets, electronics in general) with that smell I have come to absolutely love it.

@OMG! FriedPeeps: Agreed. People keep saying the design is solid though, so I guess it is, but it does seem kind of awkward to open. Definitely not as easy as a regular slider, since you have to push it in an arc. It seems to be kinda hard to open it with just one hand.

Please tell me you can turn the animations off. I don't want to waste 3-4 seconds looking at a stupid animation every time I want to see the weather forecast or open my notes.
