@indianajane: You are totally correct - it is about 30% non muslim. We here in the US always confuse "syrian" with "muslim" but really, many in the christian community are dealing with the same conservative mindset! This is more of a cultural issue than a religious issue.

@mllej if you're nasty: It was painful initially and then I learned the trick. Ask for ice packs when you get there and then just leave the ice pack on the area for about 5 - 10 min and it doesn't hurt at all.

I lasered it all off except for a landing strip. costly but totally worth not worrying about it anymore.
