THIS is why we can't afford public health care people!

picking between the LA art world and the desolate, threatening, but still gorgeous West Texas would be easy. West Texas all the way.

I imagine a Foxxcon child laborer saying, "Seriously? These will be lost in an hour after opening the package. Shit, we're gonna be making a lot of these…I'm so sleepy."

that's a naval Commodore and you will address him by rank, sir!

more of a Zevia man, myself. :: spits ::

It says "No Jeffs"!

yeah, now that I think about it there's a lot of "landscapes" in his stuff. Nothing to really get a whole sense of a world, though. Pretty desolate.

the idea of having different visual designers for each civilization is genius. I wonder if anyone else has done that.

It's like an organism developed according to its environment but he never shows you what environment required that sort of development. Maybe that's a good thing?

actual bones in the body of the creature suit AND a real skull in the mask…why does this not surprise me.

it's Star Wars. They're all kids' movies. Lucas has said it many times as he's also said that his fan base doesn't get it. I mean, they're made to sell toys.

do you think he learned to love the whales because of all the g-string whale tails he's seen?

preach, brother!

my main problem with The Force Awakens is that it is a kids' movie and a guy murders his father in it. I mean, I know 5 year-olds whose parents took them to see this thing. There were murders in all the original movies, even the Ewok one, that were sad, but I think this one was a little over the top.

I've moved so many times whenever I think about buying something I imagine having to pack it up and haul it and usually don't buy it.

his White NYC has always been a huge problem for me. I mean, it's just strange considering he's such a Jazz fan and loves Black American Jazz musicians.

I love the premise of old people getting involved in the underground behind their kids' backs. Allen used to do a lot of great bits on the anti-war and Civil Rights movements. I like his "it was a tough summer in America. My mother got arrested for spray painting 'Soul Brother' on the side of our synagog."

just because he got congressional approval doesn't make it a legal invasion. Bush also bombed Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia.
Obama continues to bomb Bush's 5 (Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia) and has added 2 more to the list, Libya and Syria.
With Obama, it's a volume issue. He's made nearly twice as many

thanks, I didn't know that :|
