there's a system, but it's been gamed. Only about 10% of congressional elections are actually open, the others being victims of gerrymandering. Which is why the GOP will likely keep the House of Reps and let Trump pass a ton of stuff.

When I moved to Cali I was over at the house of a family I met at a playground where our kids play and I casually mentioned that I could use some weed but don't know where to go. The dad just reached into his cupboard, grabbed two mason jars full of weed and said, "here, have these." No charge. Kind of hilarious.

most states have a county where you can get a divorce cheaply and with little to no fuss. And not even have to show up in court. Unless you're fighting over stuff, then….
