I think you're mistaking mainstream sports journalism's discussion of analytics for analytics.

It's as if the Tea Party got their way and almost everyone else kinda went with it, except that, y'know, instead of 'just' implementing religious law and taking away certain rights, millions of people were sent to die in prison camps, and Germany attempted to conquer Europe.

Honestly, that's not that insane. It fits with the overarching ideology, and it's an arguable topic.

But the actual RGB values don't gibe with either the black-blue interpretation or the white-gold one.

Thanks.

I see how it could be used the way you're describing, but I feel like the writers aren't hitting the "It's sort of the way people think" aspect of it hard enough.

Wu's comment is right in so many ways, it's wonderful.

Wu and Park have been excellent, Eddie and the white popular antagonist are also great. Two problems: they don't need the Dewey-style little brother (it's fucking annoying, family sitcoms need to stop with the zany/zen young child archtype [Black-ish was doing it, but has cut back on it a lot], and the way they're

Your analogy doesn't hold up; music doesn't provide representations of people in the way that visual/written media do.

I agree that Shaq's not awful, but Webber was pretty much pushed aside to open up a roster spot for Shaq, and while I get why (bigger name, built-in Charles/Shaq dynamic), it's a shame. It's not like Inside was my go-to for smart basketball analysis, but the Webber/Shaq deal basically marked a move further away from

God, Chris Webber is one of the most likable sports people I've ever seen talk on TV, I can't believe that Shaq was chosen over him for Inside the NBA. But beyond that, I don't understand why anyone would think that even one basketball fan would enjoy hearing Reggie.

Lennon-ism.

Every dunk contest, I beat up a Kia with my Segway in remembrance of Javale McGee getting screwed.

Maybe... sarcasm is our subconscious trying to get the truth past our idiot consciousness?

That's absolutely untrue.

Uh... one, it's still a penis, and two, usually it's parents who buy toys/write outraged complaints, so it doesn't much matter that some kids wouldn't notice.

No, you assert away, it's pretty clear that it sucks (though it might actually suck less than Twilight).

Just in the opposite direction, since apparently this is with extra makeup.

Perhaps that's evidence that the audience doesn't like your version of well-written?

I don't know how the editors at Deadspin got involved with a Deion Sanders death-bet, but running a Caleb Hannan piece about him is considered tampering.
