It's a shame that the Dial Zero android app was essentially abandoned... it had great potential.
They should make a linux version of WinSCP... and call it LinSCP
In previous years, you could spoof the GPS location on your phone so you wouldn't get bacled out of local games with the MLB At Bat app for Android (and iOS I would assume).
The part I like is how they sent me the same link twice and then even when they admitted that I had the right price, they used the per MB price to make it not sound as bad. Conversely, I tried to use the "2,099/GB" in almost all of the tweets ;)

With regards to tweeting for customer service, if anyone wants to get some amusement, look at this back and forth I had with the Verizon twitter folks:
I'd add Best But to the "Get Online" list. I complained on twitter about some crappy service I was getting from their hotline and got a $20 gift card out of it.

My guess is none. It seems a bunch of them use accuweather, which is garbage. A select few use weather.com.
