I don't buy DLC - never have ... ever. I do buy the 'game of the year' editions of... like Mass Effect - that came with all the DLC at a much lower price (I paid 10 bucks for ME2 and all DLC...). I don't buy used games for 5 dollars off.

First - doing a simple google search shows that this started back in last Apirl - so it's been going on for over half a year.
