Yeah, definitely. I just did a test. Opened game, went into freeplay mode. Took 75 seconds, of which my disk usage was basically 0 for all but ~15 seconds, during which it was at 350mb+. GPU usage was ~100% the whole time though, processor at ~40%

I have 100mb internet and the game installed on a samsung evo 970 m.2 drive, and still see 90 second or more loading screens for like...everything.
