start with 5. 6 is amazing but has an utterly game-breaking AI at the moment. Trying to learn the genre when every civ is denouncing you and declaring war constantly won’t be too fun.

I hate the barbarians in this game but I have them mostly figured out. They spawn scouts that, when they see your city, will return to their camp and the camp will then start spewing out troops like mad that will rush your city. I’ve had games where I let 3 scouts go back to 3 separate camps and i was fending off…

That would require the tablet to be able to essentially render 4k(assuming the tablet is 1080p, which is a big if). Even if we think the tablet is only 720 and the TV would output 1080, you’re looking at a massive increase in rendering required from the tablet, which would drag performance to a crawl.
