I think you’d be hard-pressed to find elite coaching at almost any of those clubs. Those coaches are coaching to win games, at every level, not develop players any level. I doubt that any of them have any level of FIFA coaching certification.

The USMNT coach is Gregg Berhalter. His brother, Jay, was a high-level exec with US Soccer during the hiring process, which consisted of maybe interviewing Gregg but also took for-fucking-ever. But they probably didn’t do any additional interviews (nepotism).
