The great thing is that they abandoned their prior plan to reuse footage from “Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.”

Exactly.
Holy shit, someone reanimated that corpse with AirPods! I had no idea Dr. Frankenstein worked for Apple.
Impressive and depressing. The world was made for mediocre dudes like him.
We found him, it’s the one guy who uses “stanch” correctly! Get him!
Suppose you were an idiot, and suppose you were a sports columnist; but I repeat myself.
Since I’m reddit-averse, is it all just whiny babies? Or to be more specific, what kind of shit show are we talking about?
I think it’d be cool for the Slayer to become a character akin to The Doctor, where the show goes on even if the cast changes. Not saying you have to copy the Doctor’s attributes where it’s literally the same person, the Slayer should be a distinct and unique creation. But that overall story continuity potential is…
I fully expect that if Trump’s tweets were to actually get him in any trouble, he would vehemently deny that he ever had any control over the account, and even if he did control the account, he was just kidding, and even if he wasn’t kidding, they were just words and words can’t hurt people, and even if they did hurt…
Duh, milk comes from the store! Get a brain, moran.
Many journalists don’t want to be on Twitter and resent that they are required to be.
More or less OK with a couple playoff appearances and one trip to the World Series, but in the end the team is in roughly the same shape it was when he was hired.
There was a brief moment of LOLNats when Matt Williams didn’t know his star player was getting punched at the other end of the dugout. But they just couldn’t sustain the Mets-level hilarity and embarrassment.
It’s like Mickey Mantle was reincarnated without the drinking, drugs, womanizing and debilitating knee injury. Who could possibly sell that package?
Yeah, I really think it’s mostly that the league’s top owners like Wilpon and they didn’t like McCourt, on a personal level. Nothing more or less complicated than that.
A LOT of people got linked to Madoff via the Wilpons. They were de facto recruiters for him for a long time.
Honestly, I can forgive incompetence (otherwise I would be a massive hypocrite) but it’s the fact that the Wilpons are such jerks that really rankles. I’ll never forget that they virtually forced many of the rank-and-file team employees to invest their retirements with Madoff.
Not anymore.
Well somebody obviously is a bit psychic.
This is the kind of movie that Hollywood should be remaking, not classics. This was a movie with a good premise and plot outline that just falls apart. It’s about 40% of a great sci-fi horror flick or 60% of a mindlessly enjoyable sci-fi horror flick. But it fails on both counts.
