I think it's having grown up a Saints fan that makes watching them appeal to me. Expecting a team to consistently do something totally stupid and inept at the worst possible time, and seeing them deliver almost every time, provides a sort of comfort that I realize on some level I've missed since the Payton/Brees era.

I have no rooting interest for or against them, so why is it always so thoroughly enjoyable to watch the Jets shit all over themselves? Even when they're winning, they're somehow still a monumental disaster.

Now playing

My own private space-out reel. Sweet. Last one.

They wait til the 2 minute warning? Wow, so it's a kinda classy, upscale vibe then? Shit, that's not the Bleecker St. I know.

Yeah, "Hey guys, Father Of 2 Future First Rounders, nice to meet y'all!"

Have any commenters gone to one of these meet-ups? I'm always tempted, being in NYC, but then I have this horrible fear that it'd be either an awkward "Oh, you're Delonte, nice comment that one time..." all night, or on the other end of the spectrum, a frat-style Irish Car Bomb-pounding fest. "OK let's have all you punters participating in today's practice stand up. THAT MEANS YOU, DAY-LEWIS! YOU WANT YOUR GODDAMN CHECK OR NOT?"

We will train the same way we will play in games

Thanks. OK I'm tired already and I just got to work. Let this serve as a THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone who made recommendations. I'm writing down all the ones I haven't seen, and if you're looking to party in Brooklyn this weekend, don't contact me for advice. I'll be holed up with a crock pot full of New

Saw this as well. Definitely better than I expected.

Thanks. I'm generally all in on anything Bronson. I had always avoided No Way Out based on the Costner Factor, but I recently rewatched The Untouchables and remembered he wasn't ALWAYS unbearable, so I'll give it a shot.

Confessions of a Dangerous Mind was spectacular. Was one of the first ones I watched on this little kick I'm on, and I was really impressed. Clooney's got a pretty impressive record as a director, has to be said.
