iPhones shoot in slow motion and the speed of the corresponding video can be manipulated right on the phone and posted straight to whatever account you want. There is no “post” necessary unless you mean dragging a couple sliders on your smartphone screen.

When you shoot slow motion on iPhone, you can very easily manipulate which parts of your video are slow and which parts are “normal” speed. No computer or post production necessary.

Choose one or the other. No way do you get 2 or 3 better airframes, cheaper. Either you get cheaper, or you get better, you don’t get both.

Alternatively, we could have had three different aircraft programs with ballooning budgets and missed deadlines. No one can say with any certainty that your suggestion would have been better, and there is plenty of evidence available to suggest that contracting programs themselves are flawed.

The NHTSA’s “approval” is basically like a pass/fail college course: it is not their responsibility to reengineer a manufacturer’s vehicle nor educate that manufacture about vehicle design and engineering. They are looking for egregious mistakes or oversights which could pose a risk to public safety.
