Remember when gas/oil prices went up really high and flight prices skyrocketed because of it? And they crammed more seats on planes and charged us heavy fees for bags? Then fuel/oil prices dropped drastically and the flight prices never went down and fees never went away? Fuck everything about the airlines.

They should have used American Typhoons if they really wanted to get there fast.

This is at the base of the Grapevine on I-5 headed North towards Bakersfield. This is a long, steep hill. Been driving that route for decades and at night you can see the trucks brakes glowing red and there’s always a stench of burning brakes in the air.

Even cows can push 1200lbs with males reaching up to over a ton. The one my sister hit in 1986 was a cow that tipped in at 1187lbs, which was about 700lbs less than the 1972 Super Beetle she was driving.

It used to be, back when it was called the Pontiac G8 (2008-2009). Personally I bought the middle-trim, which was a 360hp 6.0L V8 for $28,500 brand new. I think the 250hp 3.6L V6 was more like $25k and the 425hp 6.2L V8 (comparable to the Chevy SS) was $35k-45k depending on options and markup.
