If I had the time and patience, I would love to drive a 90s Corolla and a new 2015ish Corolla as long as I can on a full maintenance schedule.

And Subaru gives the bullshit excuse that they can’t turbo the BRZ’s engine because it’d interfere in placement and be too low to the ground.
Tom, have you seen current listed prices for 2016-2017 NEW Hyundais and Kias? Cheaper than CPO or used, it’s freaking nuts with all the cashback deals they’re pouring on them. Used car market sucks.
You forget that people are buying cars when they shouldn’t be.
Maybe if it had any actual passing power
Usually just the bumper-to-bumper 5/60,000 warranty transfers over.
The powertrain warranty that is for 10/100,000? No bueno after the first owner, UNLESS you purchase a CPO Kia/Hyundai from a dealer.
Bend over and take it in the ass if you want
CX-5? Boring?
YOU NEED TO GTFO
That’s not quick, that’s slower than my goddamn 2015 Sentra with a CVT.
I said oversteer issues, not oversteer in general.
I’ve driven the Fiesta ST before, I wouldn’t say oversteer in FWD is impossible. However, don’t be a fool thinking that most FWD cars can oversteer, because I can guarantee that 95% of them are designed to understeer.
I am shockingly surprised that it doesn’t have a flat-bottom steering wheel.
HITS more people
Damn dude you missed it
wtf? A-pillar and roof damage should be automatic totaling. Your rollover protection has been compromised
Your reliability goes out the window. Kappa platform blocks are turboed stock
And then you tune the turbo engine on the Solstice - nothing is going out-drag a car that weighs just about 3k lbs with 300wtq and 280 whp
All I can think about is about the fact that they didn’t follow through to bringing us the RX-9 concept after months of teasing, not bringing the diesel over the US, no Mazda6 wagon, and absolutely no powerful/turbo engines for their cars, exception being the CX-9.
Please don’t justify stupid shit from shit drivers. You’re already making yourself seem like one when you’re defending them.
High-revving 2ZZ that’s also used in the Lotus Elise, along with an available 6-speed manual and fully-independent suspension in a car that weighs around 2600 lbs without having to be stripped?
Man you are fucking high. It’s a Civic Si, but way better. You can find these under $5,000 all day long.
Neutral: Like most others, my mom was my guide. She’s not really an automotive enthusiast (fan of German cars, has no idea about true cost), but she did let me take her car out into an empty parking lot before school once when I first got my permit. Drove the shit out of it so I could get used to everything in a car…
How to get better sales numbers in the future:
-Give it the Camry 2.5 + 6-speed auto
-Install Toyota’s Entune system instead of the junk Scion headunit
-LED headlights standard (ffs the Corolla has them)
-Please make a dedicated Sport/TRD trim that has better steering feedback
