Anton LaVey has nothing to do with TST, he created the church of satan, 2 completely different things. TST is a secular humanist organization that does not worship satan. They use this statue to defend the separation of church and state. Anytime someone wants to put up a statue of the ten commandments on govt property…

i’m glad!  TST is often misunderstood and thought of as actual satan worshipers when in reality, they are a political action organization fighting for the separation of church and state (which i find to be very important).

i am a member so i just automatically received the email.  and i agree that it should have been included.  if the author had gone to TST to ask about this issue, i am sure they would have provided the same email to them.
