ugh. just when i think i am beginning to understand what exactly happened. so, does it go back to the Colorado Civil rights commission or is he free to deny cakes to gay couples? or, does he have to serve gay people but can refuse to decorate a cake the way they request?

if he sold pork to everyone else but not me because i was gay or Jewish or black or christian or anything else said Muslim butcher found offensive, yes. but i doubt on observant Muslim would be selling pork to anyone.

i misunderstood the ruling, now i think i understand. he has to sell them a cake but he does not have to decorate it the way they requested. I thought the ruling said he didn’t have to sell them a cake. i was worried about the consequences, but it appears that this is not a wide ranging, precedent setting ruling.

yup. i think i understand now. they ruled he did not have to decorate the cake the way the gay couple wanted him to. but that he can’t refuse to sell them a cake. johnseavey down there finally got me to understand what happened here.
