in Pittsburgh there are property taxes and each year, your house value is re-evaluated and adjusted. so, if your neighborhood is an “undesirable” one, the value of your house will be low and so will your property tax. if your neighborhood is now booming, your house is more valuable and your property taxes go up. so…

personal anecdote only, but no, i think their products suck. i tried a bunch of them and all they did was make my face red. i am now trying TruSkin Naturals. so far, much better.
