well technically, she is not a murderer. she attempted murder but, thankfully, the other girl survived. then, she killed herself. so in the words of George W Bush - she is a suicider.

very true. it would be hard to prove. however, knowing insurance companies, they would do everything they could to NOT pay.

if you lie, and they can prove that your lung cancer is from smoking, they can totally deny you your benefits.
