Yeah, I get the narrative about the angry sports fan, but Philly is really no different there than New England, New York, Balt-Wash, and Chicago. People just go out of there way to look for the evidence that fits the narrative and loudly proclaim validation to the stereotype.
The last time I was there, it was for 3 days and I ate every meal at either Monks or Reading Terminal. People who complain about Philly have never been there.
