I spent all of Herr Schumacher’s career rooting against him and waiting for him to retire. He was my “this guy is so good it makes me sick” F1 antagonist. Problem was that deep down inside I knew he was a cool dude. I loved his appearance on TG as the Stig and all of his interviews [that I saw] were difficult to argue

Tom, sedans are F30s, not F31s.

I kind of feel like I’d always be kicking myself for not getting a 328 instead. 180hp is pretty meager in modern times. Plus they both have a crappy four cylinder anyway. You can. Get an e90 with a six instead and you’ll get a more satisfying engine. I guess it won’t have a warranty, but it’s not like those are free

Was he this guy?

Until the tank is punctured, at which point the liquid immediately and explosively vaporizes into a gas.

Back to the days when driving was dangerous and cigarettes were safe!

Ferrari makes some absolutely fantastic vehicles...
...but their douchebaggery as a company is such that I would never want to buy one from them if I could afford it. There are so many other choices from companies that aren’t so wrapped up in their own sense of self-importance that they’re afraid to let anyone else

Yeah :| I kinda agree. The Holy Trinity is old news at this point and the fact that they went back to it without the (relevant to the cars) humour, insight and thoroughness that Chris Harris and Friends did was really a bit of a low point. What they needed to do to pull this off was to repeat the joy of the Bolivia or

Skinner’s segment and language was so far from what I expected the Grand Tour to go for, I was caught completely off guard by his whole segment. I kept on expecting them to cut back to the tent and go “He isn’t working out- we need a more polite driver”

We must have vastly different senses of humor. Skinner’s jokes were my least favorite part of the show other than the lamely repetitive and predictable “star” segment.

The new track is a joke. It’s nowhere near the quality of the Lotus designed TG track, it’s far to narrow for the beautiful shots we expect and the drift corner is just dumb, flashy, but dumb.

Unfortunately I was not impressed last night, it was bottom rung TG at best.

Is it just me or is this track very...plain? Where’s the complex elements like chicanes and ‘the hammerhead’ and all that jazz? This is awfully point and shoot, no?

Honest question: Is it actually considered stanced? I didn’t think so. I hate the stretched-over wheel look with a passion, but the camber looks completely normal.

Same here. After the final showcase, I did a couple of challenge zones and then set the game aside once it was clear that was it. The only thing left was aimless driving and getting my final location up to level 5.

Ehhhh.... even with a hard refresh, this link looks pretty borked.

NO BLUE-BALLERS I KNOW WHAT I HAVE

I had nightmares last night after I got my first inklings of this. Confirmed it this morning. Well, I guess I just saved $30k and will have to buy the Chevy SS instead. Love the ATS-V too and will cross-shop that as well.

Seriously? Not just the QV isn’t coming with a manual? No 2.0T with a manual?

Holy shit. No manual for the Giulia Quadrifoglio?
There is an Alfa dealer next to the BMW dealer. As soon as the Giulia arrived, I was planning to go test drive it against an M3 and buy the one I liked best. I may still do it, and then tell the Alfa guys they lost a sale because they decided their car is just for
