1. Do you mean that it was a violation of his human rights to not let him fly to Louisville? Because legally, he had zero right to the seat and United had a clear legal right to remove him.

:(
And now your emotional state is better, having been able to hope for that. Fucking loser.
Maybe I do, but it is not likely to happen because I’m not a shit-stirring asshole.
Well those “goons” as you call them were acting legally.
Yeah, which apparently makes you, and me, a huge asshole!!
There are things that the airline has to do if they don’t honor your ticket. But you absolutely have no right to your seat and if they ask you to deplane you are required by law to do so.
Well actually it does make it the problem of paying customers. We can see very clearly right here how it very much became the problem of paying customers.
It might be their fault in a cosmic sense, but they didn’t do anything illegal and the doctor did.
It sounds like they did work around it. Look, I’d be pissed if I got bumped off a flight too, but it happens and you have no legal entitlement to your seat.
No, they were flying for work, not a vacation. Nice assumptions though, real critical thinker on our hands, here.
Nah, he was trespassing at that point and the police only used the necessary force to remove him. As a trespasser, you have the right to willingly leave. If you don’t, you can be forcefully removed. He also was probably breaking some FAA rules.
Yes, 100% legal and also the reason flights aren’t ~10% more expensive across the board.
It was their mistake, but the police removed him, not the airline. And even if you disagree he was breaking the law by refusing to leave. He will get nothing in a lawsuit.
I mean, even though you mischaracterized both situations, yes, the man should have left when repeatedly told to do so by the United folks and police.
My guess is these employees needed to get to Chicago for work purposes, and if they didn’t, another flight would be delayed or cancelled. It wasn’t just some United folks going to watch the Cubs.
I was going to say, “I never saw a gallery. I saw groups of patrons. I have no idea what this gallery you speak of is. Tomorrow on CBS, Two Broke Girls returns and a special episode of Mom!”
He had another dick hit against the Cavs you didn’t mention
I was building on your underlying point that unusual things can happen in the NBA. But also just saying things.
Right. Draymond had fewer suspensions in last year’s playoffs than he should have. To say that Silver was in the bag for the Cavs is preposterous. And I hate LeBron and the Cavs (fans) in general.
