Unmolested, manual, performance-optioned C4's won’t be this cheap for much longer. NP in my opinion.

I disagree. It’s is because it is so common and relatable to most of us is what make it interesting.
When American purchased TWA and shut down their maintenance depot and hub operations at KCI, that basically shut down a whole terminal worth of flights.
Honestly, fuck you.
Yes, your cars are safer on paper (at least new vehicles) but your laws (or lack of them) allow such death traps on road which in Europe wouldn’t be allowed to be in general vicinity of road, much less driven on one. Your cars are at average of 12 years old (like in EU) but I would bet that they are much more…
Also why Darwinism is no longer a thing in the US. We’re the only country that thinks protecting grossly negligent drivers/passengers is worthy cause.
In Many of those other countries seatbelt use is near-universal so the vehicles as used are just as safe. The American way has added cost and complexity, and in the case of air bags added danger.
Why would GM call FCA for a reference on an FCA employee? Nobody provides references from the current job to a potential new one. Oh yes go ahead and take him he’s our best employee...idiot lawyers.
If GM is right, the union is guilty as sin. Jalopnik will never admit that a union has ever done anything wrong in human history.
They could merge it into Cadillac pretty easily under the new naming scheme; just call it “Buiq.”
I suspect GM will get their revenge when they continue with their relatively rational and competent product rollout over the next decade and the vaporware companies begin to fall by the roadside as few or none of them end up delivering on their lofty promises.
Gorgeous vehicle; it looks very French.
Clickbaity anti-GM title; sounds very Jalopnik.
This was inevitable. He was given one and only one mandate from the Ford family: jack up the stock price. As much as possible, as quickly as possible, doing whatever it took. He didn’t do that. Ford’s stock price is down about 50% over the past year, and is half of what it was when he got the job. I’m surprised they…
I’d bet real money Rob had nothing to do with it.
Erik,
So much misinformation to unpack here. Pulling out my soapbox...
But it seems likely that this crash could likely be blamed on a mix of a small but busy airport being used by under-regulated pilots. It’s an unfortunate and tragic consequence of an oversight that should have been corrected long ago.
Literally cant roll my eyes far enough in my head for this. operator error is not an…
“While we only got V8 and V10 Mod Motors, PopSci reported in late 1990 that Ford could make Mod Motor V6s down to 2.0-liters.”
How is the BMW lame? It took a vehicle that probably weighs as much as a Taycan and got +100 miles of range out of it, and is charging ~$100,000 less. It’s a strong seller in a market where people want crossovers.
Here’s the math: For $3000, tentative Nice Price if it passes inspection and has all the service records.
