Totally agree with you here. People fly off the handle for even the smallest difference of opinion. It’s a shame too as it’s one of the big reasons problems never get solved and people find it so hard to understand things.
Forgive my frankness but the virus I currently have threw away my filter:
I love me some LSX, but when the tenth Camaro lines up for a standing mile competition, it becomes apparent that horsepower these days is cheap and easy, but understanding actual engineering is much harder.
This. I know other people enjoy these sorts of things but I'm over it.
I subscribe to these guys. It surprisingly gets boring after seeing the umpteenth lambo/gtr with twin turbos, 2000hp, yada yada yada.
Tav, I love what you do, but after digging a little deeper it seems this particular example was a bit of an anomaly. Perhaps because it is in Germany. It’s obviously a Berlinetta Boxer.
There was, just yards before the crash there’s a dirt road with a mailbox coming in from the left.
There’s a difference between idiots and assholes.
The rider is the former. The driver is both.
Going to be a difficult choice for the prosecutor. The video is not slam dunk admissible, it recorded audio comments from the guy which gets dicey. Juries are not generally sympathetic to motorcycles, passing over double yellow lines, and what they would consider reckless driving. The defense will argue heavily that…
