What the kid did was only about as dangerous as emptying a few dozen clips of an automatic rifle.....carefully, with spotters.....in the same locations. At any point a kid could have come out of a yard on his bike, or a car out of a driveway. It was insanely dangerous what they did and most of it done at speeds likely…

You need to study up on behavior modification strategies, specifically negative reinforcement. Its well documented it’s effect in most excluding sociopaths.
