Just consider the hundreds of thousands of Banks, Bully Dog, etc tuners that have been sold. All of them capable of spewing out and out coal even if only a subset of owners do it that is a significant number (never mind the fact emissions are drastically increased even when not in full on “coal rolling” mode).
